"Why," you ask? Because we want profile pages to have freedom of customization, but also to have some consistency. This way, when anyone visits a deviant, they know they can always find the art in the top left, and personal info in the top right.
Don't forget, restraints can bring out the creativity in you!

There's dozens of tags out there, they run around like wildfire between DA communities, And I though since the :icon plz: craze was still going strong, why not make one so that when you tag your friends, it can be flashy?
Use to pass on a Meme or a tag, or just to drop by a deviant who you think is feeling a little left out and start a tagfest going.
